The outdoor pool area was absolutely wonderful! Such a relaxing environment, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Although the elevators were a bit slow, it didn't overshadow my stay.

Only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The staff was professional and attentive. The room was comfortable with a nice view. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Good amenities for a quick stay. 😊

Not quite what it used to be

So, we used to love this place for a lil getaway, but it’s kinda gone downhill. The bar was fun, but now it shuts at 9. Plus, the elevators were a mess! Only one worked, and the AC in our room wasn’t cold at all. On the bright side, Barbara at the bar is still awesome!

The bed proved to be exceptionally spacious and provided excellent comfort for restful sleep. The water pressure in the shower was impressive, which made for a refreshing start to the day.

The lighting in the room felt inadequate at times, which affected the overall ambiance.

The local eats are a blast! Check out Grapevine Restaurant right next door for some banging dishes—you’ll leave with your taste buds dancing. Plus, the staff were super friendly, making the whole experience feel warm and inviting.

Now, about my check-in. They mixed up my reservation for the wrong night, leading to a real hassle. They offered me a room that wasn’t in service, which was a bit wild, but at least the staff tried their best to sort it out.

Comfortable bed, great breakfast buffet, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping, making my stay truly enjoyable.

Awesome staff and comfy room

We stayed for a night and the check-in was super chill! The staff was friendly and helped us out with everything we needed. The room was cozy, but I wish the walls were thicker. we could hear the neighbors a bit too well. The bar area was a nice spot to unwind after a long day.

The pool area was inviting and well-maintained, which made for a great way to unwind. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with information. Additionally, the gym facilities were spacious and equipped with modern machines, great for staying on track with workouts.

The cleanliness of my room left much to be desired.

The Deluxe King Room was super spacious and clean, which made it really comfy for us. The bed was huge, perfect for a couple. Plus, we got an amazing view from the 14th floor! It was quiet too, so we could relax after our day out. Just loved how cozy it felt.

We attended a social event at this hotel, and the facilities were perfect for our large family. The staff treated us wonderfully, making everything smooth and enjoyable. Plus, we could easily bring our pets along, which made the trip even better.

In my wife’s opinion, the lack of adequate parking really hurt our experience. Improving parking availability would really help families with children.

I had a fantastic stay! The double-queen room was spotless and comfortable, and I loved the inviting outdoor swimming pool. The lunch and dinner at the hotel's cafe were delicious and well-priced. I would definitely come back!
